A 61 year old woman of Taung Mohaleshoek is said to have been raped by unknown man in the presence of her grandchild earlier this month on the 14th in the evening hours.

This has been confirmed by the police public relations officer Inspector Mpiti Mopeli who indicated that this man forcefully entered the house and switched off the light.

Meanwhile Mopeli showed that a young man, Tiisetso Tau have appeared before the Mohale’s-Hoek Magistrate court charged with the murder of his 57 year old father Lesala Tau, whom he stabbed with a knife multiple times until he died.
