The minister of energy Hon Mokoto Hloaele has launched the electrification project in Ha Sephapho in the Mohale’shoek district where nine villages are going to benefit from this initiative.

Hoaele said this is in line with the government policy to provide services to the public, indicating that over five million maloti was spent on this project with over 400 families expected to benefit.

Meanwhile the minister of labour Hon Keketso Rants’o expressed her happiness over this launch stating that they have been trying to approach the ministry of energy for several years but all were in vain.

She therefore stated that this is the beginning of the new era for the people of Taung as health services are going to be closer to them.
