The deputy minister of Health Hon. ‘Manthabiseng Phohleli has apologized for unfortunate incident where a 25 year old ‘Malitlou Chakelane was assisted by other patients at Mafeteng hospital to give birth.

Phohleli said this during her visit to the hospital over the weekend after reports of a pregnant woman who gave birth on her own emerged in this radio over the weekend news program Mololi oa Taba.

Meanwhile ‘Malitlou said she is unhappy with the treatment she received at this hospital as she was also not informed when admitted at the hospital that she was having an intra-uterine death.
