Small entrepreneurs and taxi owners say allocation of funds that will be tabled by the finance minister during the budget speech serves no purpose as it does benefit them in any way.

During interviews with various small entrepreneurs in Maseru, some of them said there has not been any developments that have helped them grow their businesses for the past years during the change of different regimes, citing poor working conditions, lack of electricity, and water among others.

Therefore they insisted that the ministry of small business and of Transport should not been allocated any funds for 2018/2019 budget.
