Lesotho is doing well in fighting corruption

Lesotho appears to be doing well in fighting corruption and shows progress although the country is still corrupt.

This is according to Dr. Rodger Kuranteng from Commonwealth Africa Anti-Corruption Centre, who indicated that the Centre has contributed in assisting Lesotho to achieve this progress through various trainings on staff capacity building.

Meanwhile the chief executive officer from the Directorate on Corruption and Economic Offences (DCEO) Mr. Borotho Matsoso said they are willing to bring change in the country by fighting corruption which he says has negatively affected investment, economic growth and international investors’ confidence when they are willing to come and invest in the country.
