King Letsie III says Norway and Lesotho should use their unique features to further enhance their relations and deepen economic and trade ties for the benefit of the people.
When accepting letters of credence from Norway Ambassador to Lesotho, Ms. Trine Skymoen at the Royal Palace in Maseru yesterday, the King said both countries are members of International Organisations such as the United Nations, saying there is need for them to unite and forge common positions on how they can confront multiple challenges facing both of them and the world, which include climate change and those affecting their economic development.
Presenting her letters of credence, Ms. Skymoen said both countries are blessed with natural resources, adding that they both recognize the importance of the rule of law and remain respectful and committed in the international community.
