The small and medium entrepreneurs from different parts of the country are currently exhibiting a variety of products at the annual entrepreneurship expo and summit taking place in Maseru throughout the week.
One of the event’s participants who is also a youth from Mokhotlong Craft Centre, Amohelang Kalikali said he is happy to be part of the expo and the summit as he travelled from a far afield district to the capital city to make his work known.
Kalikali is among 200 entrepreneurs who brought their products at the expo for marketing. He displayed a variety of handicrafts such as necklaces, earrings, key-holders made of cattle horns. Other products are mats and baskets made from grass.
He thanked the Basotho Enterprises Development Corporation (BEDCO) and The Entrepreneurship Network (TEN) Lesotho, a non-profit making company for organising the event to give most of the small entrepreneurs exposure and information on how best they can become better entrepreneurs in the country.
