At least 63 people from various villages in Qomo-Qomong Community Council are currently engaged in temporary employment

At least 63 people from various villages in Qomo-Qomong Community Council are currently engaged in temporary employment of the construction of Lephutha-Setoko Bridge in the council.

The Council Secretary Mr Teboho Ramakatsa said the bridge construction to benefit community from different villages in the Council started last month and it is expected to be completed before the end of this financial year.

He stated that among the labourers engaged in the bridge construction, 61 are unskilled while two are skilled, adding that each of them receive M1 932.80 after 20 working days.
