Thaba Tseka district administrator Mr. Masheane Raphoolo says no country can improve if it does not have cooperatives aimed at changing people’s lives through producing food and goods.

Raphoolo said this during the farewell ceremony of the Assistant Cooperatives Officer in the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small Businesses Mrs. ‘Mampoi Mokhachane yesterday.

He said it is sad to see Public Servants dedicated to changing people’s lives with the talents they have to assist people create jobs through engaging in cooperatives as the white collar jobs no longer exist.He told Mrs. Mokhachane that she now represents Thaba-Tseka as it is the first district she worked at and hopes she will continue to portray it well wherever she is.
