Lesotho Defense Force Public relations officer Captain Sakeng Lekola says they have not yet received any report of a dead LDF member in Mozambique.
This Lekola said following reports on social media that one of the LDF members on a mission in Mozambique has passed on during their fight with the rebels. Lekola said they have also seen the social media reports but there is no official report on their table regarding the matter.
He indicated that if there is such a case, the government will be informed as this was the country’s mission, also assuring Basotho that LDF will keep them updated.
