Thaba-Tseka police have found a body of a 36 year-old woman with multiple gun wounds, at a stream at Ha Chebane last Saturday.

Supt. Moeketsi Makatsela of Thaba Tseka police says it has been reported that the woman left home on Friday night, to meet with the person she was talking to over the phone, a few minutes before she left the house, but she never returned home.

Supt. Makatsela said the woman sustained four bullet wounds on the eye, chest and the shoulder.

He also said it is alleged that the woman was also raped. Next to her body, were the 9mm gun shells and a mobile phone’s battery.
