Members of the national assembly yesterday paid their last respects to the former member of Senate Chief Mathealira Seeiso who was laid to rest on the 8th of this month in Thabang Mokhotlong

Members of the national assembly yesterday paid their last respects to the former member of Senate Chief Mathealira Seeiso who was laid to rest on the 8th of this month in Thabang Mokhotlong.

 

The house also paid their respect to the former member of the national assembly, Mr. Jobo Sekauti who passed away in December last year.

 

The Speaker of the house Mr. Sephiri Motanyane pleaded with members of the house, to submit their reports on time as some are expected to contribute the national reforms.

 

Motanyane also read three letters that included that of the nomination of Reverend ‘Muso Lenko as the new Chaplain in the National Assembly, the letter from the Secretary General of Southern African Development Community regarding the 50th Plenary-Assembly of SADC Parliamentary forum held in December last year and another from the former Leader of All Basotho Convention Party  Dr. Motsoahae Thabane.
