A member of parliament for Malimong constituency Mr. Kose Makoa has asked the Minister of Public Works if he was aware that the country’s roads are full of potholes.

A member of parliament for Malimong constituency Mr. Kose Makoa has asked the Minister of Public Works if he was aware that the country’s roads are full of potholes.

Makoa wanted to know how soon the potholes on the main road from Botha-Bothe to Maseru and on the Maqalika Bridge and throughout Maseru will be attended to.

In response, the Minister of Public Works Mr. Lebohang Monaheng said the said roads from have been included in 2022/2023 budget.

Monaheng noted that preparations are already underway and all construction processes and rehabilitation will begin next month.

He also indicated that people from the affected areas, will be employed.
