A case in which some soldiers are charged with killing three people in Mafeteng in 2012, has been moved to Wednesday next week

This is after the defense proceeded with cross examination of the first witness in the matter, Inspector Setai Ntsebe.

In his evidence Insp. Ntsebe stated that, he was part of the investigating team that attended a crime scene at Ha Motanyane in Mafeteng on the 7th of April 2012 where they collected three male bodies with gun wounds at the scene

The accused Litekanyo Nyakane, Khauhelo Makoa, Sebilo Sebilo, Ts’epo Tlhakeli and Thebe Ts’epe are accused of killing Thabang Mosole, Monyane Matsie and Pakiso Ntala Letatabe respectively during incidents that happened at Ha Motanyane in Mafeteng on the 7th of April 2012.

The accused have pleaded not guilty to all the charges.
