The exiled Lesotho Congress for Democracy’s leader Mr. Mothejoa Metsing says their yet to be launched elections manifesto will turn things around and offer solace to Basotho who have been distraught for the longest time

Metsing said this telephonically while addressing his supporters during the LCD’s rally at Ha-Seetsa in Mahobong yesterday

He said it is unusual for his party to host a rally without its leader being physically present, but this has been influenced by the dark political cloud hanging over this country

He stressed that efforts to host a rally at Mahobong has convinced him that they are praying for his safe return so that he can become part of the elections campaigns.

He said he hoped that he will be in the country to witness the launch of his party’s manifesto because as the nation, they need to heal, and that those illegally imprisoned, also need to be set free.
