Members of Parliament have given the greenlight to the Senate’s Amendments made to the referendum Bill, 2021.

The Minister of Law and Justice, Advocate Lekhetho Rakuoane presented this bill for consideration in the national assembly yesterday.

The Senate had made nine amendments for consideration by the MPs, where they adopted all but one.

Amongst those that passed before the house included writing the referendum in other languages spoken in the country such as Isixhoza and Ndebele
