Kenyans are voting in some areas where polls had been postponed because of mix-ups in ballot papers.
Polling stations will operate beyond normal working hours and no incidents have been reported so far.
The voters will also be electing members of parliament for four constituencies.
The elections were previously rescheduled for 23rd August but were postponed after what electoral body’s chairperson said was intimidation and harassment of poll officials.
Kenyans voted in a general election on the 9th of August.
