Lesotho National Federation of Organizations of the Disabled -LNFOD has congratulated Mr. Pitso Lesaoana for winning Maama constituency under Revolution for Prosperity party.

LNFOD’s Executive Director Advocate Nkhasi Sefuthi said the election of Lesaoana indicates that people with disability have ability to represent the public not only the disabled.

He emphasized that his election calls for the country to provide a conducive environment for the participation of people with disabilities also expressing hope that Lesaoana will be in Parliament having a different perspective on issues affecting the disabled

He therefore urged people with disabilities to be in the forefront and be bold to partake in leadership positions.
