Qiloane Nursing Assistants Association’s mandate is to ensure enhanced quality service delivery in all health centres throughout the country this year.

This is according to the association’s Secretary- General Mr. David Mats’ela who said that their aim is to ensure that the country’s health-care system remains effective. Mats’ela added that they will promote good relations between healthcare workers and patients through efficient service delivery.

He appealed to the public, to always wear their masks when going for services at health facilities as the world continues to fight COVID-19.

Mats’ela also pointed out that to reduce congestion at health centres, they intend to re-introduce a system where they will bring medication to patients with chronic illnesses to their homes
