Lesotho Evangelical Church of Southern Africa-LECSA yesterday led a prayer service for the Royal family at Matsieng Royal Palace.

In his sermon Reverend Khabesha Ramonots’i said this is a very important year as King Letsie III is turning 60 and as thus, they are thankful and pray God that He continues to bless him with more fruitful years.

Rev. Ramonot’si called on Basotho to pray for the protection of Royal family especially its children saying that if Prince Lerotholi grows up in a stable country with good governance, he will become a wise leader.

On behalf of the royal family Chief Masupha Seeiso thanked LECSA for bringing them closer to God with this prayer saying they appreciate this effort.

Among the attendees were former Prime Minister Dr. Pakalitha Mosisili, former Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Lesao Lehohla, former Speaker of National Assembly Mr. Sephiri Motanyane, former Foreign Affairs Minister Mr. Mohlabi Tsekoa, Principal Chiefs, senior government officials and Basotho.
