The Lesotho Defense Force’s Human Resource department with the help of an independent financial advisor held a training for retiring officers on proper use of finances upon retirement.

Brigadier ‘Matumelo Ramoqopo acknowledged the initiative showing that, it is of great benefit to the retiring officers as it equips them with skills on how to earn an income even after their retirement.

Brigadier Ramoqopo pleaded with the retiring officers to ensure that they take into consideration and implement all the skills they have acquired from the training and make good use of them

The Financial Advisor, Mr Paseka Ramokoatsi mentioned that the training covered plans on how to start businesses and how well businesses can be sustained.

This was a third training of this kind held for LDF’s retiring officers
