The Secretary General of the national initiation committee, Mr. Mokoena Mopheme says for the first time, they managed to hold talks with the minister of the Minister of Gender, Youth, Sports, Arts, Culture and Social Development to discuss issues that revolve around initiation.

Mr. Mopheme said the committee will also appear before parliament next week Thursday where the initiation bill will be discussed. He said formulation of this bill will help all initiation instructors to know guidelines for their job.

He indicated that among others, the bill will further help initiates to have a better understanding on tradition and rules they need to know after graduation.
