The Auditor-General Ms. `Mathabo Makenete is attending the 2023 Strategic Review and 19th African Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions governing board meeting in Accra, Ghana starting today.
This has been confirmed by the Communications Manager at the Auditor General’s office, Mrs. Matsépo Mohau, who said the meeting, whose theme is “accountability mechanisms that meet stakeholder expectations,” started with a two-day Strategic Review which will include the official opening and the award for the best Supreme Audit Institutions performance audit for 2022.
Mrs. Mohau said there will be discussions on an overview of challenges and achievements against strategic goals and an open session on the capacity building sub-committee.
