Evidence shows that the convict molested his 65 year old grandmother on the 2nd of December 2022.
It showed that the convict who had been staying with the complainant, found that his grandmother had just finished bathing and had wrapped herself with only a towel around her waist. He is said to have asked her about the table knife claiming he was going to cut the aloe outside. As his grandmother looked for it, the convict touched the complainant and roughly tried to take the knife from her but failed.
Both the complainant and the convict fought over the knife until the complainant fell down and that is when the convict managed to unwrap the complainant and sexually abused her.
He pleaded guilty as charged.
