The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning is set to launch the highly anticipated 2025 Labour Force Survey Results. These findings will reveal Lesotho’s current employment and unemployment rates, as well as the labour force’s contribution to the country’s economic growth.

Ms. Mpho Mosili, the Ministry’s Public Relations Officer stated that, the survey results will highlight key factors influencing Lesotho’s economic performance and provide a clear picture of the labour market.

This valuable data will empower policymakers to make evidence-based decisions and develop informed strategies for economic growth and development. Stakeholders, policymakers and the general public are eagerly awaiting the launch.
