he Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni has confirmed that two Kenyan activists who were missing in his country for five weeks had been arrested
Bob Njagi and Nicholas Oyoo were supporting the Ugandan opposition leader Bobi Wine when they were abducted by armed men last month
In a live interview on Saturday evening, Museveni described the two men as experts in riots and claimed they were working with Wine to incite unrest. After their release, Njagi and Oyoo reported being tortured and starved while in military detention
