All Basotho Convention’s Spokesperson Mr. Montoeli Masoetsa says, the party’s introspection and leadership election rally will go on this coming weekend, despite police giving them a six hours’ permit.
Masoetsa said they had requested a permit for two days, but police granted them only a six-hour permit saying however that they will see other means of holding the conference.
Commenting on the social media recording that people have been given M15,000 to bring delegations to the conference, he noted that, they are aware that those who have money have been dishing it out to get buy in and support, saying that it was sad because people who are allegedly given money, are not even part of the delegation to the conference.
He emphasized that the conference will go on as planned, because they need to elect a new leader of the party.
