At least 51 goats have been recovered by the Lesotho defence force at Ha-Molapo caves, after they were reported stolen at Mphosong in Leribe last month.
A statement from LDF says the livestock were then handed over to the Ha-Theko Area Chief in Bokong.
The statement also says the army, stationed at Ha-Khabo Leribe also recovered a Berretta 950 gun, two 6.35 mm pistols together with two rounds of ammunition and one handcuff from a Mosotho man residing at Mokoallong, who voluntarily handed them over to the army.
They further recovered another seven rounds of ammunition together with 9mm pistol, an axe, a spear and some fighting sticks from four men.
The weapons were confiscated from Ha-Cosa villagers who were ready to fight over the nearby forest.
