Sikaneta explained that the organ has powerfully talked with the Prime Minister Dr. Motsoahae Thabane, regarding issues of corruption in the country, which they said impart negatively on Lesotho’s progress.

She added that it’s pleasing to learn that all parties involved on issues of Lesotho such as the ruling parties, opposition, civil society organisations and the churches, are all aware that they must be part of transforming the country.

She also stated that Lesotho is expected to provide a list of community projects, in order to empower women and children, saying African Union is ready to provide funding.
