The Prime Minister failed to show up at the magistrate court on Friday to face charges of the murder of his estranged wife Lipolelo Thabane who was murdered on the 14th June 2017.
Prime Minister Thomas Thabane allegedly left for South Africa earlier on Friday due to health problems. In an interview with the CNN news earlier, Deputy Police Commissioner Mr. Paseka Mokete confirmed the departure of the Prime Minister though he could not prove as yet whether the Prime minister left alone or with his wife Maesaiah Thabane.
