A 44 year-old Polao Sello of Matholeng in Mafeteng has appeared shortly before the Mafeteng Magistrate Court charged with Sexual Offence.

According the charge sheet, the accused is alleged to have raped his 18 year-old daughter for several times.

It is reported that the victim has been staying with her mother for some time following a misunderstanding they had with her husband which led to their separation.

It stated that the accused used to sleep with the victim every time when she was at home threatening her not to tell anyone failing which he will kill her. The case is before Magistrate Bokang Makhaketsa and prosecuted by Public Prosecutor ‘Mathuto Ts’enoli.
