World Vision Lesotho, today donated 200 000 masks to Christian Council of Lesotho

World Vision Lesotho, today donated 200 000 masks to Christian Council of Lesotho.

World Vision Lesotho’s Faith and Development leader Mr. Mohau Moeketsi said churches play a vital role in spiritual growth and because covid-19 attacks Christians the same way it does with other people, it is important that the church protects its members by ensuring that they adhere to all covid-19 safety protocols.

Moeketsi said CCL has been taking risks by visiting various places around the country, praying for Basotho and seeking God’s intervention to rescue them from the pandemic, therefore the masks will help protect them as they go about with their daily praying schedules.

Reverend Tanki Mofana thanked World Vision Lesotho for the donation, saying it came at a time when churches will be filled to capacity by Basotho from the Republic of South Africa and other countries and as a result, churches need to be prepared to provide congregants with masks.
