Classes resumed today as agreed at Thaba Tseka Technical Institute following a three-week break which was stirred by students boycotting classes.
This was confirmed by the Director of TTI Mr. Khotsofalang Rabale this morning, where he indicated that students showed up for their breakfast and thereafter, reported in their various classes.
Earlier on students had complained of lack of learning materials and complained of eating bread purchased from Chinese shops.
The move to return to classes followed a meeting between Student’s Representative Council’s President and the representatives of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training who came to school to assess the situation.
