Transformation Resource Centre’s former and current employees held a press conference to address their problems with TRC’s executive Director Mr. Tsikoane Peshoane.

A former employee Mr. Lepeli Moeketsi said, he was not there just for himself but was also representing all those who suffered due to Peshoane’s horrible actions.

Moeketsi said he was sent by his former colleagues to show support to the current employees and also to point out that Peshoane’s troubling actions began a long time ago.

He said after Peshoane’s appointment as the director, he restructured the institution and aimed to expel some of the employees who apparently, were more qualified and experienced than him.

These allegations unearthed TRC Director’s management of the organization, corruption, violation of staff labour rights, non-compliance with Lesotho labour and tax Laws, and most worrisome, his failure to comply with TRC’s internal policies.
