Lets’eng Diamonds Mine will provide about M500,000 funding to Liphamola diary farm project as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility

The Mine’s Communications Officer Mr. Lebohang Chefa said, Lets’eng’s board made a decision to invest in the project for the next three years.

Chefa said the funds will be used to capacitate farmers and Liphamola diary farm project’s executive committee. He said besides the dairy farm project, the Mine has also assisted poultry farmers with construction of of an egg circle at Thabang, still in Mnkhotlong.

He said poultry farmers are also being trained on how to improve production, proper packaging, and classification of eggs before they could be distributed to the Mine.
