Queen ‘Masenate Mohato Seeiso Spreads Message of Peace and Love:

Queen ‘Masenate Mohato Seeiso is calling for peace and love in the country and urges all engaged in criminal activities to refrain from such acts.

This was said by Mrs. Mathato Phafoli on behalf of the queen, at a march against the murder of a five-year old Boitelo Motsoko, who was sexually assaulted and murdered by a neighbour two weeks ago.

The march, which was organised by Willpowered Women Worldwide Lesotho, commenced at Matala circle to Ha Leqele in Maseru, at a spot where Boitelo’s lifeless body was dumped. It then ended at her home with a prayer.

Phafoli said the Queen pleads with the Leqele community, not to attack the suspect’s family adding that, no parent would want their son to become a monster, however, sometimes children choose the wrong way.

Meanwhile, one of the villagers who opted for anonymity said, it is sad that an innocent life has been taken saying, they fear for their children as it is clear that the world has become cruel.
