Through police intervention, the Disaster Management Authority- DMA, is reportedly continuing to recover money mistakenly paid to “Tsoha u Iketsetse” workers, months ago.

DMA’s Public Relations Officer Mahlape Koali stated that, not all workers have refunded the money. Koali added that, DMA is also paying those with pending payments through EcoCash, M-Pesa, or cash.

Koali confirmed that this week, the Authority is targeting to process payments for Mokhotlong workers.

 DMA had intended to pay 614 workers 500 Maloti each. However, due to an officer’s error, some were mistakenly paid 5,000 Maloti.
